1st package, priced at $1,700, includes 6 prenatal visits, birth & postpartum plan, meal preparation, hands-on labor & birth support, breastfeeding assistance & childbirth education. It offers immediate postpartum support after birth, one 3 hour postpartum home visit & unlimited virtual postpartum support for up to 4 weeks via text/call/email. It also includes one prenatal massage and one nutritional meal.

2nd package, priced at $2,100, offers the same services with the addition of two 3-hour postpartum home visits, 2 prenatal massages and 2 nutritional meals, while extending the virtual postpartum support period to 6 weeks.

3rd package, priced at $2,500, includes all services from the first two packages, 3 prenatal massages, 3 nutritional meals & further extends the virtual postpartum support to 8 weeks with three 3-hour postpartum home visits.

Starting at $1,700

Prenatal massage is a type of therapeutic bodywork specifically tailored for pregnant women. It focuses on addressing the unique needs and discomforts associated with pregnancy, such as lower back pain and swelling. Prenatal massages are typically gentle and aim to promote relaxation, circulation and well-being during pregnancy. Massage are for 60 minutes.

Belly-binding is a traditional postpartum practice designed to support the healing body after childbirth.

I offer individual belly-binding sessions that help support your organs going back to into place, core support, posture improvement, swelling reduction and promote a sense of grounding after birth.

All materials are provided, and in-home sessions are available for your comfort and convenience with a small travel fee.

Wrap + in person binding (1 session) $100

Wrap + in person binding + pp visit (3 hours) $150.

Travel fee: 15+ miles $15; 30+ miles $30
